Comfortable and tidy room, plus an extra bed and all the essentials. 🛌 Nice bonus of having an electric kettle and a fridge in the room!

thank you, it was a pleasant stay of 6 nights. it is tidy and fairly large hotel, the staff are caring and location close to the airport is peaceful and nice. there is a wide range of good food for breakfast.

Nothing for me.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities provided. We were impressed with the hotel's location in a quiet area, which gave us a peaceful escape from the noise of the city. The breakfast was great, providing us with a great start to our day. Finally, the hotel staff was accommodating, and helped us organize transportation by taxi, which did not cost more than $3 per ride.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel provided free breakfast and Wi-Fi which was a great bonus. the location was quiet but still close to the main attractions of the city making it easy to get around. Plus, the staff were always friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a little hard to find at first. the signage could have been clearer to make it easier to locate.

You can easily get to the Freedom Square by taxi or take a ride to the Old Town, which costs only a few dollars. Rooms are clean, spacious, and come with a balcony that has stunning mountain views. the staff is friendly and attentive to your needs, and the daily housekeeping service is excellent. the breakfast is delicious, and the indoor/outdoor seating offers a lovely atmosphere.

The WiFi connection could be stronger.

The hotel was neat and tidy, and the staff was really accommodating. We loved the beautiful Easter decorations on our arrival, including the Easter eggs and the lovely Easter bunny. The breakfast was plentiful with tasty food, especially the fresh croissants and local cheese. The hotel was situated within walking distance of some great local restaurants and a supermarket.

The absence of an elevator, which was challenging for our family as we had a room on the top floor.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy every day. The staff, especially Flora at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. They assisted me with arranging tours and provided guidance on exploring the area. The hotel was also perfect for families with small kids, and the location was convenient, with a short walk to the metro and a quick taxi ride to the city center. The breakfast provided was delicious, with both indoor and outdoor seating options.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Georgia. The staff was courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fantastic.
